RETURNS All claims for return must be made to us within 7 days of delivery. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION IN ADEQUATE PACKAGING. Should you need to return an item please contact the business office on 02392 812939 and request an authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and no refund, exchange, or credit will be issued. Portsmouth Militaria will refund return postage charges on returns that are due to our error (i.e you recieved the wrong item). Initial postage charges are non refundable to all returns that are due to customer error (i.e you ordered the wrong item, dont like the item when recieved, etc). EXCHANGES Should you want to exchange an item please contact us on 02392 812939 and request a return authorization number within 7 days of receival. Please remember to tell SAIRA our customer support manager, which item you would like to recieve in exchange for what you were shipped. Your return will be sent once your return is recieved in saleable condition. Meaning that the item is in its original condition and complete with any deactivation certificates, etc. You will be charged for shipping and handling and the difference in price (if any) at the time your item is shipped. REFUNDS If you would like to request a refund for your order, please contact the business office on 02392 812939 within 7 days of delivery. Refunds minus any applicable fees will be made by the original method of payment and can take up to 30 days to process. PLEASE NOTE: PLACING AN ORDER AT WWW.PORTSMOUTHMILITARIA.COM CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ADHERE TO THIS POLICY. PORTSMOUTH MILITARIA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE RETURN POLICY, WITHOUT NOTICE, AS WE DEEM NECCESARY. Unauthorized returns are not subject to refund, exchange or credit. No exceptions.
